The first is Viviana Rosa Dellavedova Corcuera, the widow of Enrique Corcuera y Garcia Pimental, most famous as the inventor of Paddle Tennis. This Viviana Corcuera is a well-known socialite and was the President of the editorial board of Caras Magazine, which in 2012 named her one of the 10 most elegant women in Mexico.
The second is Viviana Corcuera de Rodriguez who is the daughter of Viviana Rosa Dellavedova Corcuera. Ms. Corcuera de Rodriguez’s husband is Agustin Rodriguez Legorreta, whose name appears in AVESA LLC related documents. Mr. Rodriguez Legorreta is a Director of Empresas Cablevisión, S.A.B. de C.V. and a Managing Director of Internacional de Capitales.
Therefore, we are confident that one or more members of this family are the owners of AVESA LLC and its condo #13 at 825 Forest Road in Vail, Colorado. The Eagle County Tax Assessor on June 22, 2016 gave this property a market value of $6,065,900.
Below is a chronological history of the family’s ownership of property in Vail:
April 30, 2010: AVESA LLC, whose legal address is listed as Reforma 2620-602 Lomas Atlas, Mexico, D F , 11950 buys condominium Units 403-404 at 684 W Lionshead Circle, Vail Colorado for $1,359,000.
July 20, 2010: AVESA LLC files its Articles of Incorporation with the Colorado Secretary of State listing its registered agent as Viviana Corcuera at 641 W Lionshead Circle in Vail. Viviana Corcuera at 641 W Lionshead is also listed in the document as the “true name and mailing address of the person forming the limited liability company”.
November 13, 2012: AVESA LLC files a Periodic Report with the Colorado Secretary of State changing its principal mailing address from 641 W. Lionshead Circle in Vail to 20 Cedar St., Suite 108, New Rochelle, NY. A new entity Avesa Properties Inc., is named registered agent.
February 11, 2013: AVESA LLC sells Unit 403-404 at 684 W Lionshead Circle in Vail to Jose and Leticia Ortega of Miami, Florida for $1,600,000 for a gain of $241,000. Augustin Rodriguez signs for AVESA LLC.
Also, on the same day, the Ortega’s sell to AVESA LLC Unit 13 at 825 W Forest Road also known as “Unit 13 Gore Creek Place PH I”. AVESA LLC paid the Ortegas $5,500,000 for the condominium (link to Document 5). AVESA LLC apparently paid $2,550,000 in cash and borrowed $2,950,000 from Firstbank in Colorado for the Purchase and again Augustin Rodriguez signed for AVESA LLC.
On November 19, 2013 the Deed of Trust is refiled with a correction that Avesa LLC is a Delaware not a Colorado corporation.
November 27, 2013: AVESA LLC files a Periodic Report with the Colorado Secretary of State changing its principal office street address from 641 W. Lionshead Circle in Vail to Unit 13 at 825 Forest Road, Vail, the penthouse condominium owned by AVESA LLC.
