Last month (July 10, 2017), Olegario Vázquez Aldir and Marcela María Garza Santos sold their Vail condo for $8.5 million. The condo is located at 825 Forest Road #5 in Vail, Colorado. We previously wrote about Olegario Vazquez Aldir’s. Vail properties, in December 2016 (click here).
The sale price was a multi-million dollar increase in value. On October 30, 2014, Northstar Corporation, a British Virgin Islands corporation, purchased the condo for $5.3 million. Northstar Corporation then granted title to the condo to Olegario Vázquez Aldir and Marcela María Garza Santos for less than $500 on October 19, 2016.
Olegario Vázquez Aldir has been an independent director of Grupo Comercial Chedraui, S.A.B. de C.V. since 2004 according to their annual report dated April 30, 2017.
