Agustín Irurita and María Esther de Irurita owned two weeks (now one week) at the Marriot StreamSide Evergreen in Vail, Colorado.

Agustín Irurita and “María Ester Pinero” (as spelled on the deed of purchase) bought their first week at the timeshare for $20,000 on March 2, 1994. Four years later, Agustín Irurita and María Esther de Irurita bought another week in a separate unit for $27,100 on March 20, 1998.

In June 2017, Agustín Irurita and María Esther de Irurita gifted title for the week purchased in 1998 to Juan Carlos Irurita and his wife, Emilia Tamariz de la Fuente.

We believe this Agustín Irurita is Agustín Irurita Pérez, based on the names for María Esther on the three deeds described above.

Agustín Irurita Pérez has been a director of Grupo Comercial Chedraui since 2000.
