A new document in a Veracruz lawsuit against Javier Duarte and others in Miami entitled “Proof of International Service of Process” was filed on September 12. The document is not yet available online.
Veracruz’s lawyers have served documents on Javier Duarte in Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Norte in the past.
