Carmen Patricia Armendáriz Guerra and her daughters María Hinestrosa Armendáriz and Juliana Hinestrosa Armendáriz paid $1.575 million to buy the Trump Parc condo unit at 106 Central Park South #15G in New York City in 2011. The assessed value of the condominium has increased by 25% from $74,172 at purchase to $84,607 as of the 2016/2017 tax year, which if applied to the purchase price would mean the value of the condo has gone up to about $1.79 million.

Trump Parc is part of the real estate portfolio of Donald Trump’s company, the Trump Organization.

Armendáriz Guerra and her daughters borrowed $945,000 to buy the Trump Parc condo. In 2014, the family listed the condo for sale, asking $2.49 million, but didn’t sell it at the time. From June to December 2016, the condo was listed for rent at $8,500 per month and is no longer listed for rent or sale, according to New York City real estate website StreetEasy when last visited on May 26, 2017

Carmen Patricia Armendáriz Guerra has served since 2009 as a director of Grupo Financiero Banorte. The same year, she got 13.5% of the vote as a PAN candidate for the lower house of the Mexican Congress in a Chiapas district.

Armendáriz Guerra coordinated financial services negotiations in the original NAFTA negotiations as an advisor to the Mexican government. She currently runs banking consultant Valores Financieros and microfinancer Financiera Sustentable, according to Banorte’s investor disclosures. Armendáriz Guerra will also reportedly be on the next season of Shark Tank México.
