MAC2, LLC completed a Deed of Trust for a $1 million loan against the condo on or about the same day. The loan was fully paid off by October 24, 2012. The condo was valued at $4,899,260 for tax purposes as of December 12, 2017 by Eagle County.

Jeronimo’s father Jorge founded Delamac in 1957. Pablo Luis de la Macorra Chavez Peon has been involved in the construction industry including Casas Urvitec which was acquired by Grupo Carso in 2007.
