Cyanzar Limited sold Unit R-417 at 728 West Lionshead Circle for $4.25 million in 2013.
We do not know who the actual owner or owners were. But when we examined documents in Eagle County, Colorado related to Unit R-417, we found that Cyanzar Limited had an address in Veracruz, Mexico. We found Rolando Reyes Kuri signed the sale deed as an Authorized Signatory of Cyanzar Limited. And the address for Cyanzar matched an office address for Reyes Kuri’s business as shown below.
Rolando Reyes Kuri was president of customs broker Grupo Reyes Kuri S.C.
We don’t know if Reyes Kuri had any ownership interest in Cyanzar, or who else might have. Cyanzar Limited functioned as a nominee company when it purchased the condo unit in 2010, according to its financial statement filed in the United Kingdom for the year ended 12/31/2010.
This meant that Cyanzar Ltd was the registered owner of Unit R-417 as a custodian on behalf of some other person or entity that was the actual owner. The ultimate controlling party was not named.

Cyanzar Limited, an English and Wales Private Limited Company, purchased Unit R-417 at “WDL Vail” in Eagle County, Colorado, from RCR Vail LLC. The address for Cyanzar was listed as Emparan 637, Col. Centro, Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico CP 91700.
The Economic Ministry of Mexico listed the same address for Grupo Reyes Kuri, S.C., when we consulted their directory on Dec. 20, 2016. Copied below is the address portion of the entry we found in the Ministry’s directory.
November 20, 2013:
Cyanzar Limited, an English and Wales Private Limited Company, sold Unit R-417 at “WDL Vail” in Vail Colorado for $4,250,000 to Blue Ox 417 LLC. Rolando Reyes Kuri signed the sale deed under a resolution of Cyanzar Limited dated November 13, 2013. The sale deed showed the street address for Unit R-417 was 728 West Lionshead Circle, Vail CO.
