The purchase deed showed showed H5 Stables, LLC had a mailing address of 14762 Roxbury Terrace in Rancho Santa Fe, California. That address (14762 Roxbury Terrance) is the site of a $9 million mansion controlled by Carlos Hank González (beginning November, 2011) recently revealed by ChedrauiLeaks.
H5 Stables, LLC borrowed $10,000,000 against the Palm Beach County equestrian grounds at the time of purchase from Texas Community Bank. This was the same lender as at 14762 Roxbury Terrace in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
