Alemir LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, bought unit R-317 at 728 W. Lionshead Circle for $4.175 million on May 21, 2012. Luis Alvarez signed the deed as manager of the purchaser, Alemir LLC. ChedrauiLeaks was unable to find any loans recorded with Eagle County for the purchase, and we believe that the purchase is what is known as a “cash purchase.” The condominium was valued at $4,867,920 for tax purposes as of Nov. 8, 2017.
We believe Luis Ricardo Alvarez Figueroa is the full name of the Luis Alvarez linked to Alemir LLC and to Acel LLC.
Luis Ricardo Alvarez Figueroa at one time was a director of a Cablemas subsidiary in the United States. Cablemas became a wholly owned subsidiary of Televisa in 2011. Carlos Alvarez Figueroa was CEO of Cablemas from 1991 to 2013.

ChedrauiLeaks is not stating that members of the Chedraui family or its businesses had any involvement with Alemir LLC or this condo unit.
