Acel LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, bought unit R-514 at 728 W. Lionshead Circle for $3.255 million on February 13, 2013. ChedrauiLeaks was unable to find any loans recorded with Eagle County for the purchase, and we believe that the purchase is what is known as a “cash purchase.” The condominium was valued at $3,413,810 for tax purposes as of Nov. 8, 2017.
On February 7, 2013, Luis Alvarez, as manager of Acel LLC, signed a statement that he was authorized to transact real estate on behalf of the company. Alvarez gave an email address for himself at Cablemas in Mexico as part of the statement.
We believe Luis Ricardo Alvarez Figueroa is the full name of the Luis Alvarez linked to Acel LLC.
Luis Ricardo Alvarez Figueroa at one time was a director of a Cablemas subsidiary in the United States. Cablemas became a wholly owned subsidiary of Televisa in 2011. Carlos Alvarez Figueroa was CEO of Cablemas from 1991 to 2013.

ChedrauiLeaks.org has noticed that the media in Mexico contains very little information about the business dealings and personal assets in the United States of what could be termed Mexican elites, wealthy business people and politicians. ChedrauiLeaks is not stating that members of the Chedraui family or its businesses had any involvement with Acel LLC or this condo unit.
