Rolando Reyes Kuri and Humberto Zesati Andrade together paid $728,048 on Dec. 6, 2006 for a timeshare interest in Unit 903 at the St. Regis Residence Club at 2 East 55th Street in Manhattan, New York City. Rolando Reyes Kuri and Humberto Zesati Andrade obtained a $567,000 purchase money mortgage the same day secured by the timeshare.

Coincidentally, in 2011, Javier Duarte (who was at the time governor of Veracruz) acquired timeshares at the St. Regis New York through shell companies, according to Alfonso Ortega López.
