Small Enterprises Inc. has owned Unit A-4 at 600 Vail Valley Drive, Vail CO since 1987.
Our examination revealed that the condo is owned by a company registered in Panama run by Enrique Luis Castillo Sanchez Mejorada (also known as Enrique Castillo S.M.) and four members of the Castillo Badia family, as more fully described below.
Enrique Castillo Sanchez Mejorada is President of the Board of Directors of Maxcom Telecomunicaciones S.A.B. de C.V. and a former president of the Asociación de Bancos de México (the Mexican Banking Association).
When we consulted the Maxcom website on Dec. 27, 2016 we found that it listed Enrique Castillo Sanchez Mejorada as an Independent Director of Banco Nacional de México, S.A. (also known as Banamex and CitiBanamex), Organización Cultiba, S.A.B. de C.V., Grupo Herdez, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V., Médica Sur, S.A.B. de C.V., Unifin Financiera, SAPI de C.V., and Southern Copper Corporation.
Enrique Castillo Sanchez Mejorada is also a Senior Partner at Ventura Capital Privado, a private equity firm in Mexico City, and he is a Special Advisor for Latin America for General Atlantic, another private equity company.

Small Enterprises Inc. was registered in Panama as a Panamanian company.
September 2, 1987:
Small Enterprises Inc., a Panamanian corporation, purchased Unit A-4 at 600 Vail Valley Drive in Vail, Colorado, from Alfonso Macias Romandia and Dolores Creel de Romandia.
August 30, 2002:
Inigo Castillo Badia and Fernando Castillo Badia were added as directors of Small Enterprises Inc.
Inigo and Fernando were both listed with the same address in the Panamanian filing memorializing the change:
