In 2013, one of the owners of Creekview Property LLC was identified by the name Gela Gallardo (see April 7, 2013 entry below). We believe this to be Gela Larrea Gallardo based on the documents we have reviewed from Eagle County Colorado, as we explain below.
Gela Larrea Gallardo is the wife of Juan Ignacio Gallardo Thurlow and the mother of Gela Lorena Gallardo Larrea and Juan Ignacio Gallardo Larrea.
Juan Ignacio Gallardo Thurlow is Chairman of beverage and sugar conglomerate Organización Cultiba, S.A.B. de C.V. and is currently a director of Grupo Financiero Santander México and Caterpillar, Inc.
Gela Lorena Gallardo Larrea has been a director of Organización Cultiba since 2005.

Creekview Property, LLC was organized as a Colorado company. The addresses for the incorporator and initial registered agent were in care of law firm Garfield & Hecht, P.C. We also found the “initial principal office” address for Creekview Property LLC on the Garfield & Hecht website when we visited it on January 26, 2017.

Creekview Property LLC entered into a Construction Access Easement Agreement as “the proposed ‘purchaser’ of Unit 6A” at the Vail Townhouses Condominiums in Vail, CO “pursuant to a purchase agreement with the existing owner” of the condo unit. The other party to the Agreement was The Welles-Vail, LLC, the owner of neighboring Unit 6B.
The signature for Creekview Property, LLC, does not include a typewritten clarification.
The notarial acknowledgement of Creekview’s signature is also handwritten.
On the same day, the same parties (Creekview Property LLC and The Welles-Vail LLC) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement that included “All sums owed and obligations to be performed by Creekview may be enforced against “Guarantor,” Gela Larrea-De Gallardo (pursuant to a separately delivered unconditional guaranty).”
Based on this, we believe that the handwritten notarial acknowledgement in the Construction Access Easement Agreement drops the “-De” and reads “Gela Larrea Gallardo, Manager” of Creekview Properties, LLC, “a Colorado limited liability company.” This would be consistent with how married names can be constructed in Mexico (keeping the maiden name “Larrea” and adding the husband’s paternal last name “Gallardo” with an optional “de” prefix. The hyphen is most likely an Americanization combining the two last names).
The signature page for Creekview Property LLC in the Memorandum of Agreement contained a similar signature to that in the Construction Access Easement Agreement above. The signature did not include a typewritten clarification (see below). An executed notarial acknowledgement was not included in the document (at least as far as the filing was available from Eagle County, Colorado).

For $3,125,000, Creekview Property LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, purchased Unit 6A at 303 Gore Creek Drive, Vail CO from Margretta B. Parks and Christopher L. Parks. The address for Creekview Property LLC on the deed was the Garfield & Hecht post office box shown above (P.O. Box 5450, Avon CO, 81620).

Creekview Property LLC through Gela Gallardo as a Managing Member signed an easement and agreement with its neighbor The Welles-Vail LLC. Colorado law defines “Member” as “a person with an ownership interest in a limited liability company” and a managing member is a member designated to manage the company (C.R.S. 7-80-102).
The signature for “Gela Gallardo” above we believe is very similar to the other signatures we have shown on this page, including the one we believe was acknowledged by a notary as being by Gela Larrea Gallardo, copied here from the March 3, 2011 entry above:

An accounting report for the condominium association at 303 Gore Creek Drive listed “Gallardo, Juan” in connection with “6A.” We believe this refers to Unit 6A at 303 Gore Creek Drive.
