They borrowed $1,134,000 against the condo on March 15, 2013 from HSBC Bank USA.
The condo was valued at $1,826,986 for tax purposes as of June 30, 2018 by San Diego County.
Francisco Javier Pasquel Quintana is a top-rated Mexican equestrian show jumper who qualified to compete in the September 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina.
