Roberto Aboumrad Ayub and Erika Chedraui de Aboumrad owned a Vail timeshare from 1992 to 2003

Roberto Aboumrad Ayub and Erika Chedraui de Aboumrad purchased a timeshare in a unit at 2284 South Frontage Road West in Vail, Colorado for $20,200 in late 1992. (The seller signed the deed on November 12 and the deed was recorded with the Eagle County land records office December 16, 1992.)

Roberto Aboumrad Ayub and Erika Chedraui de Aboumrad borrowed $13,130 against the timeshare on November 12, 1992. The Deed of Trust for the loan was fully released in January 2003.

Roberto Aboumrad Ayub and Erika Chedraui de Aboumrad sold the timeshare for $27,900 in 2003 to Jorge de la Garza Avina and Martha de la Garza. (They signed the deed on June 18 and the deed was filed with the Eagle County land records office on August 8, 2003.) The deed incorrectly refers to Roberto Aboumrad Ayub as “Roberto Aboumrad Ayus” but the attached notary statement spells his name correctly.

Erika Chedraui de Aboumrad, also known as Maria Erika Chedraui Budib, is the daughter of Jose Chedraui Alam. Jose Chedraui Alam was also the father of Jose Chedraui Budib.

The Chedraui Budibs are cousins of Antonio Chedraui Obeso.
