America’s Gateway Business Center, Inc., a Florida corporation, purchased units 21-E and 21-F at 6061 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida from Rogerio Azcarraga for $880,000 in May 2012. The deed included a note to the county land records office that the two condominium units had been converted into a single residence. Units 21-E and 21-F had a total value of $950,000 for 2018 tax purposes according to Miami-Dade County.
The deed recorded with the Miami-Dade land records office includes a letter from the Le Trianon Condominium Association that described America’s Gateway Business Center, Inc. as “a company owned by the Azcarraga family.” The annual report that America’s Gateway Business Center, Inc. filed in January 2012 with the Florida Secretary of State listed Jaime Azcarraga as the secretary of the company.
America’s Gateway Business Center, Inc. merged into Central Park Realty Holding Corp. effective January 1, 2017. Andrea Azcarraga de Struck signed the articles of merger as “President, Director” of both companies.
The family of Rogerio Azcarraga Madero owned Central Park Realty Holding Corp as described by the Manhattan District Attorney in August 2016.
Jaime Azcarraga, also known as Jaime Azcarraga Romandia, is the executive chairman of Grupo Formula as of February 2018.
Jaime Azcarraga Romandia is a top-rated Mexican equestrian show jumper who qualified to compete in the September 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina.
His sons Gonzalo Azcarraga and Andres Azcarraga are also top ranked Mexican equestrian show jumpers who qualified to compete in the September 2018 World Equestrian Games.
