The family of Rogerio Azcárraga Madero owned Central Park Realty Holding Corp as described by the Manhattan District Attorney in August 2016. Rogerio Azcárraga Madero was reported in June of 2017 to be the Honorary Chairman of Grupo Fórmula, and is a nephew of Emilio Azcárraga Vidaurreta. Andrea Azcárraga was listed as the CEO of Central Park Realty Holding as of June 19, 2017 in the New York State Division of Corporations entity database.
Earlier this year we revealed that the Azcárraga Madero family, through Central Park Realty Holding Corp., owned three combined condo units in the exclusive Trump Tower New York City we estimated to be worth around $10.6 million total.

East Vail Realty Holding, LLC was formed as a limited liability company in Colorado. Its principal place of business was listed as 4768 Meadow Drive, Vail, CO. “Rogerio Azcarraga M.” and “Lorenza R. de Azcarraga” were listed as the company’s initial managers.
Lorenza Romandía de Azcárraga was the wife of Rogerio Azcárraga Madero. She died in 2012.

The same day, East Vail Realty Holding, LLC borrowed a total of $1,000,000 against the property through two lenders.
The loans were later released, meaning they were fully paid off.

East Vail Realty Holding, LLC merged into Central Park Realty Holding Corp, a New York corporation, which was the sole surviving entity. We were unable to find any updated land records and the Eagle County Assessor’s Office listed the property’s mailing addressee as East Vail Realty Holding LLC.
