Two sequentially numbered condo units (#2A and #2B at 303 Gore Creek Drive) in Vail, Colorado are owned by 303 Gore Creek Drive, Inc. Together their estimated market value was $5.7 million as provided by Eagle County Colorado as of December 7, 2016.
We don’t know who owns 303 Gore Creek Drive Inc., but the documents we’ve reviewed show it used a Televisa Estudios address in Miami and it is not registered with the state of Colorado. A similar-sounding but legally distinct entity named 303 Gore Creek Dr. Inc. (abbreviated “Dr.” vs. “Drive”) was registered with Colorado and Grupo Televisa Chairman, President, and CEO Emilio Fernando Azcárraga acted on its behalf according to an April 2008 filing.
The 2005 annual meeting minutes for the units’ condominium association identified Grupo Televisa Executive Vice President and Boardmember Alfonso de Angoitia along with Emilio Azcárraga as the “new owners” of Unit 2A. (The 2005 annual meeting was held five months after 303 Gore Creek Drive Inc. purchased Unit 2A).
We’ve also found Alfonso de Angoitia Noriega and Emilio Azcárraga Jean (we believe these are the same people as who used the abbreviated names shown in the above paragraph) each separately connected to a different condo unit located in close proximity to the other, which you can read about here and here.

For $5 million, 303 Gore Creek Drive, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, purchased unit 2-A at 303 Gore Creek Dr., Vail CO, from Pan Eagle LLC. The county filings (1 and 2) for the purchase originally named Alfonso de Angoitia as the buyer, but his name was crossed out and the “303 Gore Creek Drive, Inc.” name was typed in.
303 Gore Creek Drive, Inc. has not been incorporated in Colorado. The Colorado corporate filings that come closest to matching that name use an abbreviated “Dr.” The company using “Dr.” was incorporated two weeks after Unit 2-A was purchased (see below).
Readers will notice 501 Brickell Key Drive, Ste. 401, Miami FL 33131 typed as a return address on the filings. We are currently looking into how this address was used in 2005 by any other entities and we expect to provide more documents on Chedrauileaks.org.

303 Gore Creek Dr., Inc. was incorporated in Colorado using the same registered agent and addresses in Eagle, Colorado as were used to incorporate two other companies (3 GCP Inc. and 5 GCP Inc.) we have examined in connection with Emilio Azcárraga and Alfonso de Angoitia.

The annual meeting for the condo association for 303 Gore Creek Place was held. The meeting minutes included (spelling in original) “Alfonso Angoitia and Emilio Azcarrago are new owners of Unit 2A.”

303 Gore Creek Dr., Inc., filed a statement with the Colorado state government listing Emilio Fernando Azcárraga at a Miami address as “The true name and mailing address of the individual causing the document to be delivered for filing.”
The address for Azcárraga was 6355 North West 36 Street No. 309, Miami FL 33166. The Eagle County assessor’s record for Unit 2-A showed the same mailing address as in care of “Televisa Estudios” as of 12/7/2016.
We believe that given the use of a Televisa address, and given that Grupo Televisa reported “Emilio Fernando Azcárraga Jean” as the full name of its Chairman and CEO in its most recent available annual report (year ended 12/31/2015), that the “Emilio Fernando Azcarraga” listed above is the same person as Emilio Azcárraga Jean who we have examined before, and whose name is sometimes abbreviated as Emilio Azcárraga.

For $1.37 million, 303 Gore Creek Drive Inc. purchased Unit 2-B at 303 Gore Creek Drive, Vail CO from Vail Townhouse Two LLC. The address for 303 Gore Creek Drive Inc. was the same Miami address as listed for Emilio Azcarraga in the 2008 corporate statement examined above.
