RZ Real Estate Inc. sold Unit 519 at 680 W. Lionshead Place in Vail, CO for $2.2 million in July 2008.
We cannot tell from the documents examined below who were the ultimate owner or owners of RZ Real Estate, Inc. The company was managed by Rolando Reyes Kuri, who we’ve looked at in connection with Cyanzar Ltd., and by Humberto Zesati Andrade as shown below. Rolando Reyes Kuri and Humberto Zesati Andrade together ran customs broker Grupo Zego.
Whoever the ultimate owner or owners of Unit 519 were when RZ Real Estate was the owner of record, it is reasonable to expect they were affiliated with the owners of a Liberian corporation that had, as we show below, provided Unit 519 to RZ Real Estate, Inc. for less than $500 in January, 2008 – six months before RZ Real Estate sold the unit for $2.2 million.

RZ Real Estate, LLC was formed in Texas with Rolando Reyes Kuri and Humberto Zesati Andrade listed as its managers.

RZ Real Estate LLC, a Texas limited liability company, acquired 680 W. Lionshead Place, Unit 519, in Vail Colorado, from VPP No. 16 Corporation, “a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the country of Liberia.”
The deed showed that no documentary fee was paid (see the Eagle County tax stamp excerpted below), and the text of the deed included the following: “**CONVENIENCE DEED-NO DOC FEE REQUIRED**”.
Under Colorado law, no documentary fee is required for real property transferred for less than $500 in total consideration (C.R.S. 39-13-102).
Humberto Zesati Andrade signed the deed for VPP No. 16 Corporation as its President.

RZ Real Estate, a Texas limited liability company, sold Unit 519 at 680 W. Lionshead Place in Vail, CO for $2,200,000 to Alizadeh Family Limited Partnership.
Rolando Reyes Kuri and Humberto Zesati Andrade each signed the deed as a Manager of RZ Real Estate LLC.
